Gebratenes Lachsfilet auf Süsskartoffel-Püree
Zutaten:
Lachsfilet, Olivenöl, 3 Süßkartoffeln, 2 Kartoffeln, 1EL Trüffelöl, Salz, Pfeffer, 100ml Milch.Zubereitung:
Lachs in der Pfanne schön knusprig in Olivenöl anbraten. Weich gekochte Süßkartoffel und Kartoffel stampfen und mit den oben erwähnten Zutaten cremig rühren. Einfach am Teller hübsch platzieren und genießen. Lachs ist ein wahres Multitalent: reich an Vitaminen wie etwa Vitamin D, B6, B12, Niacin und Folsäure. Er enthält viel Kalium, Jod und Omega-3-Fettsäuren. Omega 3 stärkt das Herz-Kreislauf-System und wirkt sich positiv auf den Kinderwunsch aus. Zudem führt Omega 3 zur Verbesserung der Insulinwirkung: das bedeutet, dass der Körper weniger von diesem körpereigenen Hormon produzieren soll. Weniger Insulin heißt eine vermehrte Fettverbrennung und weniger Heißhunger.Der hohe Jodgehalt von Lachs leistet außerdem einen wichtigen Beitrag in der Gewichtsregulation, das durch die Produktion der Schilddrüsenhormone, die den Körperstoffwechseln regeln.Lachs ist dazu eine hervorragende Vitamin D-Quelle; Vitamin D stimuliert das Immunsystem, stärkt die Knochen durch vermehrten Kalziumaufnahme und trägt zur optimalen Muskelfunktion bei. The history of the Wunschbaby Institute Feichtinger dates back to the early 1980s, when Prof. Wilfred Feichtinger began his research on fertility treatment at the Vienna General Hospital. In 1982, the birth of Austria’s first “test-tube baby” was celebrated there, counting as one of the first children in the world to be born after receiving treatment with IVF.
